I hope I'm not repeating information here, but since interest in Ruby's TV appearances has been piqued by the David Whitfield DVD, here's some information:
http://ftvdb.bfi.org.uk/sift/individual/266737
'Filmography' shows her credits.
This link shows the large amount that is, sadly, lost:

And indicates the Harty and Wogan appearances still exist.
Lastly, try searching here

It works best when you put in "Ruby Murray" with the quote marks.
You can watch a clip of Ruby interviewed on her 21st birthday - but it's mute!

It also lists her for WHEELTAPPERS & SHUNTERS SOCIAL CLUB (EPISODE 0008), which was broadcast on 27 July 1974, the opening of Series 2. This has recently come out on DVD, and courtesy of the Whirligig forum, I see that Brian has posted a list of the DVD's contents. Ruby isn't on any of the shows, so I wonder if she was scheduled to appear at some point, but cancelled?
It also confirms she was featured in the programme '40 Years of Peace' in 1985, but in light of the above - was she?
In addition, the IMDB lists two more credits on 'Thank Your Lucky Stars', and archive footage on the 2005 documentary 'Songbirds: The First Ladies of Irish Song'.

Hope this is of use.
