Friends/Fans,
I am guilty of not posting on the anniversary of Ruby's passing on the 17th but I had quite a few dramatic problems that I had to attend to concerning my car. In a way I am relieved that other things occupied my mind on that sad day because it's a day of deep sadness to me personally. I did manage to get her recording of 'The Very First Christmas of All' played on a 50s website - 'Whirligig' that concerns artistes and their recordings in that era. It was wonderful to hear this particular track, Ruby sings it beautifully and it's such a suitable recording for Christmas time.
Happy Christmas Amigos, Bernie.

That Christmas song is one of the ones that I listened to in the car. Yes it is a beautiful song.
Sorry you had problems to sort out, I hope all is in hand.

Re: Anniversary od Ruby's Passing
I thought it important to bring this post back into prominence. It looked rather neglected way down in the list. I would like to think that the viewing figures could reach the next milestone of 60,000 so I have given it a little 'nudge' in that direction.
