Remembering Ruby with much fondness.
December 17th was a sad day for many of us.
In the words of one of her songs "I Cant Get You Out Of My Heart"

God Bless Ruby.

Yes Graham, it is a day for us to play Ruby's records and remember what pleasure she has given us over the years.

I was lucky to have met her and thanked her personally for all the pleasure her singing has give me over the years.
17th Dec is a very sad day ...May she Rest In Peace. We were truly blessed to have had her in our Lives

Hello Friends.

I still find it very difficult to come to terms with December 17th. Thank you friends for your very kind postings.

I would like to repeat a line that I feel sums up all my feelings.

You went away and my heart went with you. I speak your name in my every prayer.

No Matter What. Bernie. X.

Belatedly, but no less sincerely, I also should like to pay my special tribute to the memory of dear Ruby. I was so overwhelmed by my 65th Birthday on Sunday that I did not manage to get to a library to use a computer on Monday, though of course I remembered Ruby, and again am so thankful she did not die on the actual day of my birthday. The compliments of the season to all friends, as Ruby would have wished. Hope to be in more regular contact again in the New Year. John from Norfolk.
