Happy New Year!

So sorry I have been absent for so long; December has been an even busier month than usual - nineteen gigs (with another one coming up tonight), my birthday, my next-door neighbour's funeral, the wedding of an old schoolfriend's son, the Christmas Day Swim at Hunstanton (I raised £700 for charity!) and nearly 200 cards have nearly knocked me out, but is has all been so worthwhile. Of course I remembered dear Ruby on the 17th, and often mention her when entertaining at this time of year. I wish all friends a very happy and healthy New Year, and hope to be in contact more frequently again in 2009.
