Golden Badge Awards - 1992

Just discovered Ruby is listed in the 1992 Golden Badge Awards of the British Academy (of composers and songwriters) "celebrating the achievements of an outstanding group of men and women". Apparently there is is an annual dinner! Anybody know anything else about this?
